Dr. Kagan was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Italy before finding her way to Florida. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida Atlantic University. Dr. Kagan received her dental degree from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. After dental school Dr. Kagan committed to furthering her education and clinical skills by completing a General Practice Residency at Manhattan Veterans Hospital. She continued to advance her education by completing a specialty in Endodontics at NYU Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.
Dr. Kagan is a member of the American Association of Endodontics, the New York State Association of Endodontics and is currently a candidate for Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics.
Dr. Kagan lives in Manhattan with her husband, who is also a Dentist and was her dental school sweetheart.
